Dear Dollars for Scholars,
Thank you for awarding me the scholarship. I am a graduate of South Shore VoTech High School and I reside in Whitman. The college I will be attending in the fall is Massasoit Community College in Brockton. My interest is in computers, graphic arts, the Drama Club and Student Senate. My goal is to get my Associates Degree and then transfer to Bridgewater State College.

Dear Dollars for Scholars,
Thank you so much for giving me this generous scholarship. . . I will be attending Suffolk University in the fall. My major is undecided right now, but I am thinking about something within the environmental area. I am also interested in fitness and nutrition and sociology. Throughout high school I have been involved with student government, so I hope to get involved with clubs and maybe intramural sports while I am at Suffolk. My goals are to graduate college with a degree that I am passionate about and then maybe join the Peace Corps after graduation. Thank you so much again.

Thank you does not even begin to describe the gratitude I feel for your generous scholarship. . .
Next year I will be using this scholarship to help me attend my dream school: Harvard College. . . There, I will study government and hope to concentrate in this field. For now, however, I will leave my options open; my first year will be spent exploring many intellectual disciplines.
In the future I hope to work for the U.S. Foreign Service or for some other public sector institution. . . I am truly grateful to Dollars for Scholars of Whitman and Hanson for funding such an excellent opportunity. Thank you!
